MERLION SHIPPING LTD. is a manning agency that hires specialists in maritime industry. Established in 1998, it has been performing its functions for 28 years.

The agency's office is located in Varna City - 141 Mladezhka Street, Floor 2.

Since 2003 the agency has been mediating in hiring high qualified and experienced workers for repair work and maintenance of various type vessels. Our main partner over the years has been CTS OFFSHORE AND MARINE.

AS A MANNING AGENTwe are here to offer you work on various projects of trusted partners for the repair and maintenance of various types of vessels. We are looking for the qualified and experienced workers for the following positions:

Necessary documents when applying for a position are:

• Passport
• Seaman's Book and/or Discharge Book
• US visa
• Certificate of professional competence or relevant certificate for completed courses
• Basic Safety Training certificate
• Survival craft and rescue boat certificate
• Оther documents required by the employer
• Work experience document
• Passport size photograph.

If approved for a position - Мedical certificate.

Fluency in English or other language is an advantage and a good level of English is a must for Foreman.

• We have good cooperative with our Maritime Administration, Universities and Schools with maritime departments and with all Qualification Centers.
• Operate in compliance with requirements of Regulation 1.4 of ILO Maritime Labor Convention 2006, incl. Unlimited License and Certificate of Seafarers Recruitment and Placement Service Provider, as per ILO MLC 2006, Standard 1.4, issued by a Recognized Organization.
• Are certified to operate with personnel data.
• Have good accounting.

We:

• We answer all calls on at least one of our mobiles 24/7.
• We respond to all e-mails within few hours, depending on our current workload.
• The working hours of our office are from 10:00 to 18:00, except on weekends and public holidays. Reception hours are from 10:00 to 14:00. During the remaining time, we are available by phone and online.
• We are 24 h on disposal when there are crew changes.
• We are at your disposal for information, help, cooperation...
• We will be happy and will do our best to be useful to you with our resources.
• We keep in touch with our seafarers while they are on leave.
• We keep in touch with their families while they are on board / work.
